Biznaclub — Refund & Return Policy

Biznaclub is a multi vendor marketplace. Products are sold by independent vendors, but Biznaclub
coordinates customer support and dispute resolution to help ensure fair outcomes. This policy explains when returns/refunds are available and how to request them.

Quick Summary

• Returns accepted for eligible items within 14 days of delivery (unless otherwise stated).


• Items must be unused and in original condition/packaging (when applicable).


• Some categories are final sale for safety/hygiene (see exceptions).


• Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is approved/received (if required)

1) Return Eligibility

Most physical items are eligible for return if they meet the conditions below:

• Return request submitted within 14 days of delivery.


• Item is unused, unworn, and in original condition.


• Original packaging, tags, and accessories included (if applicable).


• Proof of purchase (order number) is provided.

2) Non Returnable / Final Sale Items

For safety, hygiene, and compliance reasons, the following items are generally non returnable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect:

• Opened food items, spices, and consumables.


• Personal care items once opened (soaps, oils, skincare, cosmetics).


• Custom or personalized items made to order.


• Perishable goods.

Note: If an item is damaged, defective, or not as described, you may still qualify for a replacement or refund.

3) Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, missing items, or not as described, please contact Biznaclub within72 hours of delivery.

• Send your order number and clear photos/video of the issue (product and packaging).


• Do not discard packaging until the claim is resolved.


• Biznaclub and/or the vendor may offer a replacement, partial refund, or full refund depending on the case.

4) How to Request a Return or Refund

• Contact Biznaclub Support and submit a return request (include order number).


• Tell us the item(s) you want to return and the reason.


• If approved, you will receive return instructions (and a return address if required).

5) Return Shipping & Fees

Return shipping responsibility depends on the reason for the return:

• Vendor/Biznaclub error (damaged, defective, wrong item): Biznaclub may cover or reimburse return shipping when required.


• Customer preference (changed mind, wrong size, etc.): customer is responsible for return shipping and any duties/taxes.


• Original shipping fees are non refundable unless the return is due to an error or defect (where required by law).

6) Refund Timing

• After approval, refunds are processed to the original payment method.


• If return shipment is required, refunds are processed after the item is received and inspected.


• Processing time can take 5–10 business days after approval/receipt depending on your payment provider.

7) Marketplace Notes (Multiple Vendors)

• If your cart includes items from multiple vendors, items may ship separately and returns may be handled per vendor.


• Refunds may be issued per item/vendor rather than as a single combined refund.


• Biznaclub coordinates support, but vendors fulfill orders and may have item specific handling requirements consistent with this policy.

8) Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention

If there is an issue with your order, please contact Biznaclub Support first so we can resolve it quickly.


Unnecessary chargebacks can delay resolution and may limit future purchasing on the platform.
