Biznaclub — Vendor Rules & Requirements

These rules help protect buyers, vendors, and the Biznaclub marketplace. By selling on Biznaclub, vendors agree to follow the requirements below. Biznaclub may remove listings or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

1) Authentic Products Only

Vendors must list only genuine, legal products with truthful origin and quality claims.

• No counterfeit or replica goods.
• No stolen goods.
• No copyright-infringing items (including pirated books or copied designs).
• No misleading “Made in Kenya” claims if not true.

2) Product Photos & Listing Quality

Listings must be clear, accurate, and professional.

• Use clear photos of the actual product (good lighting, multiple angles).
• No watermarks or misleading images.
• Include accurate titles and honest descriptions.
• Include sizes, materials, ingredients, and care instructions where applicable.

3) Pricing Transparency

Pricing must be fair and transparent for diaspora customers.

• No hidden fees or surprise charges.
• Shipping cost and delivery expectations must be clear.
• Do not overprice solely because the buyer is in the diaspora.

4) Shipping, Handling & Tracking

Vendors are responsible for timely fulfillment and safe packaging.

• Ship within the promised handling time.
• Provide tracking whenever available.
• Package securely to prevent damage.
• Notify Biznaclub and the customer promptly if delays occur.

5) Returns, Issues & Communication

Vendors must respond professionally and quickly.

• Respond to customer inquiries within 48 hours.
• Handle issues respectfully and follow Biznaclub policies.
• Do not ask customers to pay or resolve disputes outside the platform.

6) Payouts & Commissions

Biznaclub collects customer payments and releases vendor payouts based on marketplace rules.

• Vendors are paid after delivery is confirmed (per Biznaclub payout schedule).
• Marketplace commission is deducted automatically.
• Refunds/chargebacks may be deducted before payout.
• Vendors may not request direct customer payments.

7) Prohibited Products

The following items are not allowed on Biznaclub.

• Weapons or weapon accessories.
• Illegal drugs, controlled substances, or prohibited supplements.
• Adult content.
• Products making misleading medical/cure claims.
• Expired or improperly packaged food items.
• Counterfeit, fake, or stolen goods.

8) Honesty & Integrity

Vendors must follow ethical business practices.

• Be truthful about product origin, materials, and condition.
• Comply with relevant laws (Kenya and destination countries).
• Treat customers with respect and professionalism.

9) Account Security

Vendors must protect their store access and information.

• Use strong passwords and do not share login credentials.
• Keep contact and business details up to date.
• Suspicious activity may require verification or temporary suspension.

10) Suspension & Termination

Biznaclub may suspend or remove vendors who violate policies.

• Repeated policy violations or customer complaints.
• Failure to ship orders or provide tracking when required.
• Fraud, deception, or refusal to cooperate with support.
• Listing prohibited or counterfeit items.
