Biznaclub — Shipping Policy & Delivery Time Expectations

Biznaclub is a multi-vendor marketplace. Items are fulfilled and shipped by independent vendors (or their designated fulfillment partners). Shipping costs and delivery estimates are shown at checkout and may vary by product, origin, destination, carrier, and customs processing.

1) Order Processing (Handling Time)

Handling time is the time a vendor needs to prepare and dispatch an order after it is placed. Each product listing should display a handling time, and vendors are expected to ship within that window

• Typical handling time: 1–3 business days (may vary by vendor/product).


• Made-to-order or custom items may require longer handling time.


• Customers receive an order confirmation after purchase and a shipping confirmation once dispatched

2) Shipping Methods & Tracking

• Vendors may use postal services or courier carriers depending on origin and destination.


• Tracking is provided when available and shared by email and/or in the customer account.


• Some economy services may not include end-to-end tracking in all countries.

3) Delivery Time Expectations (Estimates)

Delivery estimates below are general guidelines. The most accurate estimate is the one shown at checkout for the specific item and destination.

Transit time begins after an item is shipped. Total delivery time = handling time + transit time.

4) Multiple Vendors & Split Shipments

• If your cart includes items from multiple vendors, they may ship separately and arrive on different dates.
• Shipping charges may be calculated per vendor shipment depending on checkout configuration.


• Customers will receive separate tracking links for each shipment when applicable

5) Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

• International shipments may be inspected by customs and can experience delays outside Biznaclub’s control.


• Duties, VAT/GST, and import taxes may apply and are typically paid by the customer upon delivery unless stated otherwise at checkout.


• Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details and any required customers information.

Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages

• Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address (including apartment/unit numbers).


• If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for re-shipping costs.


• If a package is refused or unclaimed, refunds may be reduced by shipping/return costs where applicable.

7) Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

• If tracking shows a delay, please allow extra time for carrier processing especially internationally.


• If an item arrives damaged, contact Biznaclub within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.


• If a package is marked delivered but not received, check with household members/neighbors and the local carrier office first; Biznaclub will assist with a claim where applicable.

8) Shipping Restrictions

• Certain products may not be eligible for shipment to some countries due to customs or carrier restrictions.


• Vendors must comply with carrier rules and destination-country regulations and must not ship prohibited items.
